Ran Grodecki
Managing Partner
Ran co-founded Bridges in 2018 alongside Gal Hayut and Sandrine Montsma.
Prior to Bridges, Ran served as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Beresheit Ltd., a $500M private equity (Manof) fund since its inception in 2009, and served as a Director for some of the companies held by the Beresheit fund including: Galam Ltd., Sunflower Sustainable Investments Ltd., and Mediterranean Towers Ltd.
Previously Ran has served as SVP at Markstone Capital Group LLC, a private equity firm focused on equity transactions in Israeli companies.
Ran served as head of the economic and corporate finance department at Partner Communications Ltd. (Orange), cellular operator.
Ran worked for AMPA ltd, a home appliance, real estate, and industrial holding company and served as an intern and corporate lawyer at Herzog Fox & Neeman law Firm (1992 – 1995).
Ran holds an LLB degree from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University. Prior to his studies, Ran served for six years as a naval officer in the Israeli Navy where he reached the rank of Major.
