Managing Partner
Gal co-founded Bridges in 2018 alongside Sandrine Montsma and Ran Grodecki.
Prior to Bridges, Gal has served as the Managing Director of The Portland Trust’s Tel Aviv office, which created impact via economic development in Israel and Palestine.
Gal served as Partner at Apax, focusing on technology investments in the Israeli hi-tech arena, led investments and served on the board of 15 companies. Upon the sale of Apax's Venture Portfolio, Gal joined Azini Capital, a secondary Private Equity investor and represented Azini Capital in Israel for three years.
Gal held several positions in the Israeli High-Tech industry, including as a Research & Development Project Manager at Orbotech Ltd. And held several executive level management positions at Eli Lilly, both in their Tel Aviv and Indianapolis offices as well as at IBM.
Gal holds a B.sc in Computer Science Engineering from The Technion Institute of Technology and an MBA from the INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France.
