Ayman Seif
Arab Economic Development Specialist
Aiman Saif worked for the Israeli Government for over 20 years, mainly at the Prime Minister's Office as a Senior Economist.
In August 2008 Mr Seif was nominated by the government to establish and manage the Authority for Economic Development of the Minority Sectors. The mandate was to integrate the Arab society into the Israeli economy. According to the mandate, Aiman approved more than 12 governmental resolutions with a total budget of about 16 Billion NIS to be invested in employment, business and entrepreneurship, strengthening municipalities, transportation, housing and education. One of the major projects was the establishment of the first Private Investment fund Albawader with a total budget of 180 million NIS.
Aiman also served on the Board of Directors of several organizations on behalf of the Prime Minister's Office, such as The Investment Centre, The Authority of Planning and Construction and The Authority for Advancement of the Status of Women.
Aiman graduated from Bamberg University, Germany, with an MBA degree and from Clark University, USA, with a Master’s degree in International Planning and Development.
